2025 New York Lighting EYBL 16u Roster
The New York Lightning (NYL) is one of the region’s most highly regarded grassroots programs, known for producing high talent, high character college-bound players and being stacked with a deep bench of excellent coaches. The program is co-directed by Dana Dingle and Shandue McNeill.
Their 16u team that is coached by Pioneer Academy Head Coach, Malcolm Pope. The team competes in the Nike sponsored Elite Youth Basketball League. Nike EYBL is a well-known AAU basketball circuit featuring high school-age players. Nike and the NBA collaborate on programming for EYBL, including player and coach development, and health and wellness initiatives.
