The New York Jayhawks are one of the Tri-state venerable grass roots basketball programs. Their mission is to provide resources to young men, discipline and access to the the highest level of competition and excellence in academics. From the Power 6 to the Ivy League, Jayhawks currently have alumni student-athletes attending some of the most prestigious academic and athletic institutions, from High Major to High Academic programs.

 

The Jayhawks 17u MADE Hoops circuit team is coached by Jay David. Coach David is the Jayhawks Executive Director. In 2023, he was named one of SilverWave Media’s “Next Up” Coaches in Grassroots Basketball, a recognition of Coach David’s tremendous commitment to fostering the growth and development of countless student-athletes, and his service to New York City communities.
