2018 Nate Blue Showcase

On Thursday , April 5th, Recruit The Bronx was on hand to watch the 4th Annual Nate Blue Showcase, which is run by RealScout Nate Blue and featured four games, Middle School, Underclassmen, and two Senior games. Here are our top prospects from the high school games:
DeMarley Smith 2018 5’11 Guard Our Saviour Lutheran (Post Grad) - lights out outside shooter, can get hot and go on a roll from 3, good pull-up jumper off the dribble, strong handle not flashy, can finish thru contact on the drive, strong body. Needs to improve his playmaking ability.
Dajuan Allman 2018 6’8 Center South Shore - athletic inside finisher, good rebounder on both ends, good interior defender, can run the floor well good stamina. Needs to be a consistent inside finisher
Jasiah Wright 2018 5’9 Guard HS of Construction - good outside shooter, confident scorer, quick handle, create good separation to get off his shot, quick release, pesky perimeter defender. Needs to get stronger and finish on the drive more consistently.
Majesty Johnson 2020 5’7 Point Guard Brooklyn Collegiate - one of the top point guards in NYC, a true floor general who can set up teammates and see the floor, quick and shifty handle, create good separation off the dribble, good outside shooter, can finish thru traffic on the drive.
Erlyn Ramirez 2019 6’7 Power Forward Brooklyn Collegiate - good passer out of the high or low post, strong inside finisher, soft touch around the basket, good rebounder, can run the floor well, strong body. Needs to improve his mid-range game and be more aggressive protecting the rim.
Dashawn Davis 2019 6’3 Combo Guard Our Saviour Lutheran - good 3pt shooter, can score inside-out, good pull-up jumper, attacks the basket strong can finish thru traffic, flashy playmaker, good perimeter defender. Needs to develop his mid-range game more.
Anthony Marshall 2020 5’10 Point Guard Metro BDA - floor general, one of the top guards in NYC, attacks the basket strong, adept at drawing fouls, shifty handle, can finish thru traffic, good court vision. Needs to be a more consistent outside shooter.
