2022-23 St Peter’s Season Preview

St Peter’s Boys School  has proudly served the Staten Island community for more than 100 years. The Eagles varsity basketball team is coached by first year coach Ryan Woods   Ryan Woods, who moved from up being the JV coach previously. They compete in the Staten Island conference of the CHSAA


The Eagles 2022-23 roster will running in this fall’s Open Gyms:


Steven Bradley (2023) 6’3 guard - knock down shooter with good size for his position, rebounds well, tough with length and reach, will run and finish in transition.


Alex Chi (2023 ) 6’1 guard - aggressive, downhill guard, has the ability to get to the rim and finish through traffic and contact, strong pull up and mid-range game, tough


Mike Spisto (2024) 5’8 guard – Started as a Sophomore. True point guard, quick first step and pushes tempo, elite facilitator in transition and in the half court, knock down shooter with range.


Qadir Martin (2024) 6’5 small forward -  D1 prospect, great athlete, finishes with both hands above the rim, face up game with great touch, inside out player, has range out to the 3pt line, shot blocker, offer from Bryant U.


Jalen Munson (2024) 5’11 guard - fast and tough guard with great first step, can get downhill and score, excellent ability to finish through traffic and draw fouls, great body control, good passer, tough defender.


Mike Quinones (2024) 6’3 small forward – tough big with nice outside touch/face-up ability, rebounds well for size.


Antonio Morello (2024) 5’8 guard – quick, heady guard, has ability to get to the paint and make shots and facilitate for others, good outside shooter.


Jorel Monroe (2024) 6’4 wing - long, athletic wing/forward, finishes at the rim, rebounds very well for his position, strong face-up game, good shooter.


Maddox LaPierre – athletic, Swiss-army knife guard, rebounds and blocks/alters shots, solid handle, good outside shooter.
