Community Health Academy of the Heights (CHAH) is a 6th-12th grade public school in Washington Heights. CHAH has established itself as a PSAL B Division power and one of the top public schools programs in all of Manhattan. They have captured four league titles in the last six years and made it all the way to the PSAL B finals during the 2021-22 season. For a big part of load, Coach Michael King will be relying on four key contributors:

John Harrington (2024) 6’2 guard - Harrington is one of the top scorers in all of the PSAL. As a sophomore and freshman, he scored over 20 ppg. He looks to lead CHAH on and off the court this year.

Elias Santos (2023) 6’4 small forward Santos is a shot blocking and rebounding machine who will look to step up his scoring input this year. 3.6 gpa

Leuri Sosa (2024) 6’3 guard - Sosa had a limited role as a sophomore, but his shooting and energy will be a key for CHAH this year. 3.8 gpa

Derek Bell (2024) 6’1 small forward - Bell has a solid all around offensive game and a nose for the ball. He has made huge strides since joining the CHAH programs and will be one of their top scorers and rebounders the next two seasons.
