2022 The Sunday Service Top Performers

On November 27, RecruitTheBronx.com paid a visit to the Major Owens Community Center in Crown Heights, Brooklyn for NYC Prospects’ The Sunday Service. The event showcased plenty of gems in the PSAL and other schools. Here are the standouts from the event:


Xavier Barrow 6-0, Shooting Guard, Susan E. Wagner High School, Class of 2023 - A guard that has a penchant for taking plenty of shots. Is a player that can create for himself and will get to the basket with ease every time he goes past the opposition. Has a penchant for hitting big shots from three-point range, especially when left unguarded.


Daouda Cisse 6-7,Forward, James Monroe High School Campus, Class of 2023 - A forward that has a penchant for rising to the occasion in big moments. Has a penchant for grabbing rebounds and outworking or outmuscling the opposition’s post player, especially on offense. When going up to score, he is a player that will use hook shots or can absorb contact when it comes to drawing fouls and trying to get to the free-throw line.


Kyle Dhu 6-2, Brooklyn Law & Tech, Class of 2024 - A guard that has a penchant to step up to the plate when the occasion calls for it. Is a player that loves to drive to the basket and is able to move around off the ball and will find ways to be open for the ball to get to his hands. Has a penchant for shooting at a high volume when on the perimeter or from three-point range.


Siyani Arthur Brooklyn Law & Tech, Class of 2024 - A guard that can make noise with his playmaking ability as he is the person who his team feeds off of. Is a player that will take shots from anywhere and will make them most of the time, including from three-point range. Is fearless when gong to the basket and will make sure that his teammates get the ball in the right spots.


Keysaun Murray 6-3, Brooklyn Law & Tech, Class of 2024 - A guard that has plenty of energy on the court and is willing to take plenty of high-percentage shots. Is able to get past the defense to get to the basket with his quickness. Can knock down shots from three-point range, especially when left unguarded.


Moussa Camara 6-7, Forward, Eagle Academy I, Class of 2023 - A forward that can establish an inside presence when on the floor. Is able to put the ball on the floor and dribble when it comes to making post moves. Is able to obtain rebounds & block shots in the low post, which shows that he can be a solid force on the floor.


Jaryn Bull 6-3, Shooting Guard, Eagle Academy I, Class of 2024 - A guard that gives plenty of energy on the court and is a huge asset to his team. When there are rebounds to be caught, he uses his physicality to obtain them. When going to the basket, he is able to absorb contact when going up to score.


Ashton Reynolds 6-3, Shooting Guard, Transit Tech High School, Class of 2024 - A guard that has plenty of explosion in his game who will go to the basket at all time. Has plenty of athleticism, which he can show on both ends of the floor. Loves to get rebounds and will run out on transition. Has a penchant for making great plays when going up to score.


Xavier Sanchez 6-0, Point Guard, Transit Tech High School, Class of 2024 - A guard that has the ability to drive to the basket profusely. Is a good player that can make great decisions when he has the ball on the perimeter. Finds ways to draw fouls when going up for a basket and will make free throws. Has the ability to distribute the ball to his teammates in the right place.


Temitope Alao 6-1, Shooting Guard, Transit Tech High School, Class of 2023 - A guard that is a hard-working player every time he steps out on the floor. Is a player that has a quick first step and likes to flash to the basket whenever he is open in order to get the ball. Has a nice shooting touch from the perimeter and has the ability to use his athleticism to obtain rebounds.


Brandon Manirakiza 5-11, Point Guard, John Bowne High School, Class of 2024 - A guard with a good feel for the game and a player that is able to make the right decisions with the ball. Is a player that has a nice shooting touch from three-point range. Is able to create for himself off the dribble and can find his teammates in transition and will make sure they have the ball in the right places.


Alpha Barry 6-6, Forward, John Bowne High School, Class of 2024 - A forward that is an imposing presence on the floor with great size and good footwork. Knows when to attack the glass and can hold his own in the low post. Is able to put the ball on the floor and is able to go up strong when scoring.


Chris Judge 6-0, Point Guard, John Bowne High School, Class of 2024 - A guard that has a penchant for taking over a game when he has the ball in his hands. Knows how to distribute the ball in his teammates and will make sure that they have an opportunity to score. Is a player that can use his speed to blow past a defender to get to the basket.


Brandon Lee 6-3, Shooting Guard, The Patrick School, Class of 2025 - A guard that has the ability to impact a game with his scoring. Has a penchant for shooting from three-point range, as he is deadly with his jumper. Finds ways to be efficient when off the ball, so that he can get open off of screens. Is able to drive to the basket efficiently and is fearless when it comes to contact.
