Lincoln Park Classic Top Performers - 6/26

On Wednesday night, June 26, RecruitTheBronx.com paid a visit to the Lincoln Park Classic in South Ozone Park, Queens to check out some of the finest talent in the borough of Queens and other parts of New York City. Here were the standouts from the three games:


Stephon Roberts, 6-9, Forward, Medgar Evers Preparatory School, Brooklyn Avengers, Class of 2019 - A forward that likes to run the floor and sees himself as a point forward. Has the ability to block shots and grab rebounds in the low post and is good at making his presence felt on the offensive end.


Sylvester Granda, 6-3, Shooting Guard, Environmental Studies, Elite 84, Class of 2019 - Granda likes to run in transition and has good hands on the defensive end. Is good for facilitating on the offensive end when it comes to getting assists and making sure teammates get the ball.


Qwali Gregory, 6-1, Shooting Guard, Grady High School, Brooklyn Avengers, Class of 2021 - Gregory likes to create for himself on offense and looks to get open on the three-point line and shooting jumpers. When he is left open, he can do plenty of damage. Is also a great rebounder.


Marcus Patterson, 6-0, Point Guard, Boys & Girls High School, Brooklyn Avengers, Class of 2019 - Patterson knows when and where to distribute the ball to his teammates. Also has a knack for getting to the basket efficiently and makes smooth drives to the hole. Has excellent court vision.


Jaheem Tyson, 6-4, Forward, Harry Van Arsdale High School, Elite 84, Class of 2020 - A forward that is tough on the boards and uses his strength to aid with his undersized frame. His toughness helps him in the low post, due to his lack of size. Finds ways to get to the basket and score.


Dorian Haynes, 6-3, Shooting Guard, Boys & Girls High School, Elite 84, Class of 2019 - Haynes likes to run in transition and is very quick when running up and down the floor. Possesses plenty of athleticism and uses his long wingspan to snare rebounds. Has the ability to score.


Nicholas Molina, 6-0, Point Guard, Christ the King High School, Elite 84, Class of 2020 - A guard that is quick and deceptive and knows how to shift gears on the offensive end. Is a good facilitator and knows when and where to give his teammates the ball. Also has a knack for getting to the basket.


Dakari Lewis, 6-6, Forward, Grady High School, Elite 84, Class of 2020 - Lewis has a long wingspan that is very active in the paint area and uses his frame to block shots and grab rebounds. His athleticism gives his team plenty of energy and also aids in keeping them in the game.


Ty-laur Johnson, 5-10, Nazareth High School, Almighty Naz Fam, Class of 2022 - Johnson is a great facilitator and knows how to control his team’s tempo on the court. Is very fast when getting up and down the court. Has the ability to get steals on the defensive end.


Jaqai Murray, 6-5, Swing, Nazareth High School, Almighty Naz Fam, Class of 2021 - Murray can step inside and play tough on the boards. Very strong player that can hold his own when going to the basket. A player that can play the two, three or four position, due to his build and his versatility.


Ziare Wells, 6-4, Swing, Nazareth High School, Amighty Naz Fam, Class of 2021 - Wells has plenty of moves that he can use to get to the basket. Very explosive when he gets to the cup and loves to play above the rim when there’s an open lane. Has the ability to score in bunches and is a difference maker for his team.


Ikenna Ude-Smith, 6-6, Forward, Nazareth High school, Almighty Naz Fam, Class of 2021 - Ude-Smith has a long wingspan and has the ability to rebound in the low-post and get blocks. Is good at patrolling the paint and showcases his athleticism when playing above the rim. His energy and high-motor is a huge asset to his team.


Madison Muldrow, 6-2, Shooting Guard, Holy Cross, SE Stars, Class of 2020 - Muldrow has plenty of skill and versatility in his game. Has the ability to get to the basket with explosion and makes plenty of smooth moves to the basket. Also has the ability to get to the rim efficiently.


Jaden Peña, 6-5, Shooting Guard, Xaverian High School, SE Stars, Class of 2021 - Pena has a lot of skills and uses it to his advantage, whether it is getting to the hole or by stepping out to three-point range. Has the ability to get to the rim with efficiency and his toughness allows him to grab rebounds and make some great plays.


Jasiah Wright, 5-9, Point Guard, Believe Prep Academy (SC), SE Stars, Class of 2019 - Wright knows the game and likes to run in transition. Is a good facilitator when it comes to passing the ball to his teammates. Also has the ability to score in transition and is fearless when going to the basket.


Teequan Holley, 6-6, Forward, Evangel Christian, SE Stars, Class of 2019 - Holley has a long wingspan that knows how to patrol the paint and uses his length to grab rebounds. Has the ability to score, due to his strength and imposing presence. Is not afraid of physical contact or getting fouled.


Thomas Porter, 6-0, Shooting Guard, Thomas Jefferson High School, We Got Next, Class of 2020 - Porter can find multiple ways to score, but also has the ability to pass the ball to his teammate. Has the ability to hit jumpers and can go to the hole easily, and he also shows plenty of explosion as he has the ability to play above the rim.


Anthony Latty, 6-9, Forward, South Shore High School, We Got Next, Class of 2019 - Latty is a force in the paint and has the ability to play above the rim and dominate. Has a huge frame that intimidates the opposition and has the opportunity to block shots and get rebounds, due to his physical strength.


Shawn Fulcher, 5-11, Point Guard, Xaverian High School, We Got Next, Class of 2021 - Fulcher is the ultimate competitor that knows when and where to facilitate to his teammates as far as passing the ball and also when to score the ball. Has a lot of finesse in his game and can get to the hole easily.


Taj Anderson, 6-3, Shooting Guard, Cardozo High School, PD Nation, Class of 2019 - Anderson has plenty of toughness and is a competitor on the court. Loves to attack the basket and is able to slice and dice to the hole. Is able to play above the rim and has the ability to shoot from long range.
