St Lukes School is a secular, private day school serving grades 5-12 in New Canaan, CT. Its boys varsity basketball team is coached by former Quinnipiac College Assistant Coach Tony Newsom and is assistant coached by Evan Downey. St Luke’s has a long history of placing their players onto college teams, including the current starting backcourt of DI Boston University. SLS is coming off the rare undefeated run to a Fairchester Athletic Association regular season and tournament championship last year. They also advanced to the Final Four of the ultra-competitive, seven state region, New England Prep School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Class B (mid sized schools) championship tournament.
