Canarsie Educational Campus - College Prospects
The Canarsie High Storm, aka, “The Brotherhood” is a PSAL Brooklyn AA program that is coached by Jacob Edwards. They are currently running the following college prospects on their varsity team:
Alpha Bah (2021) 6’2 guard - Bah is the definition of a sharpshooter. As hard as he works on the court, he works in the classrom as well. He is a qualifier. With improved creativity off the dribble, Canarsie High is going to be leaning on him to score and create for others. Canarsie High is looking for him to have a big senior season.
Fenley Jean-Baptiste (2022) 6’6 forward Jean-Baptiste got some varsity experience last year as a sophomore and is now ready to take on a larger role this season. He can do a little of everything, block shots, rebound and handle the basketball. He provides good length on Carnarsie’s back line. Academically he is a qualifier.
Jared Days Jean (2023) 6’4 swing - Jean was a late season call-up to the Canarsie varsity, after leading the JV in scoring and rebounding as a freshman. Last year, he was able to get some varsity action early in the playoffs. Now, he is definitely one to watch. He can shoot the 3pt shot and rebounds well. He is a high level athlete. Academically he is on track to qualify.
