2023 Nike Peach Jam Standouts

This week, we shot down to the Riverview Park Activities Center in North Augusta, SC for the Nike EYBL Peach Jam, which is a major recruiting event for prospects from around the nation. In this event, we caught three teams from New York City and one from New England came out to showcase their talents among the nation’s best. Here are the standouts from the tournament.


Kayvaun Mulready, 6-4, Shooting Guard, Worcester Academy (MA), Albany City Rocks, Class of 2024 - A guard that has the ability to drive to the basket and can attack in transition. Is a great finisher when it comes to driving into the lane. Has a nice, fluid jumper, which he is able to make often. Is also able to distribute the ball when the opportunity presents itself.

 

Keyshuan Tillery, 6-0, Point Guard, New Hampton School (NH), Albany City Rocks, Class of 2025 - A guard that has the ability to make big plays when on the floor. Is able to attack and is a great finisher in transition. Has plenty of athleticism and uses it to his advantage, especially when there is an open lane. Has a great sense of awareness of where his teammates are moving on the perimeter, so that he can give them the ball and put them in position to score.

 

Christian Bliss 6-4, Shooting Guard, The George School (PA), PSA Cardinals, Class of 2024 (University of Virginia commit)- A guard that has the ability to make his presence felt in various ways on the court. Is always able to move around off the dribble and find ways to get open in order to anticipate the pass. Has the ability to drive to the basket and can finish strong. Is able to shoot from long range.

Matthew Hodge, 6-8, Forward, St. Rose High School (NJ), PSA Cardinals, Class of 2024 - A forward that has plenty of strength and is able to put the ball on the floor at all times. Is a solid rebounder in the post area and is able to run down the lane. Is able to attack in transition and is able to muscle his way to the basket to score.

 

Isaac Munkadi 6-11, Forward, Bridgeport International Academy, PSA Cardinals, Class of 2024 - A forward that has the ability to be an enforcer in the post area and is able to maintain a formidable presence in the paint. Has a penchant for blocking shots and can attack the glass in order to obtain rebounds in the post area. Has the ability to throw down powerful dunks in the post area.

 

Tahaad Pettiford 6-1, Shooting Guard, Hudson Catholic High School (NJ), New Heights Lightning, Class of 2024   A guard that has a penchant for controlling the tempo of the game for his team. Trusts his own instincts when it comes to taking jumpers and going to the basket, as he knows that he is prone to taking clutch shots. Is able to dish out the ball at the right moments and can set his teammates up with opportunities to score.

 

Jakai Sanders 6-2, Point Guard, Bishop Loughlin High School, New Heights Lightning, Class of 2024 - A guard that has plenty of court awareness and is a good playmaker on the court. Has a great sense of awareness and is able to find his teammates and put them in position to score. Is a player that loves to shoot from long range.

 

Ifaola Fawaz, 6-11, Forward, The Patrick School (NJ), New York Rens, Class of 2025 - A forward that is a major force in the post area. Is a player that is a huge shot blocker and can make his presence felt in the low post with his rebounding. Has a penchant for making moves in the low post offensively and is able to finish at the rim.

 

Ikenna Alozie 6-1, Shooting Guard, The Patrick School (NJ), New York Rens, Class of 2026 - A guard that is prolific on the offensive end and can do many things on the court. Is a solid defensive player, as he is able to guard his man heavily and force him into getting steals. Is a good finisher at the basket and is able to use his upper body strength to draw fouls.

 

Steven Solano 6-11, Forward, Cardinal Hayes High School, Expressions Elite, Class of 2024 - A forward that has a long wingspan and is able to dominate in the low post. Has a penchant for making his presence felt in the low post, as he is able to block or alter the shots of the opposition and is a good rebounder. Is able to use his strength to hold his own in the paint area.

 

Adam Nije Jr. 6-2,Point Guard, Cardinal Hayes High School, Expressions Elite, Class of 2024 - A guard that is very shifty and is able to control the tempo for his team. Is able to drive to the basket and finish with precision. Is also a player that can find his teammates and put them in position to score. Also can shoot from the perimeter or from long range.
