Notre Dame High School is the model of secondary education in Fairfield, Connecticut. They achieve that with demanding academics coupled with a supportive learning community, a range of enriching extra-curriculars, a competitive sports program, and a fierce commitment to service - all guided by Catholic values. They compete in the South West Conference, and will again contend for a State Championship in the CIAC. They have been Connecticut D1 quarterfinalists in each of the past two years, and they put up a 21-4 record last winter. Veteran coach Brian Kriftcher is in his fourth year as the boys varsity basketball coach. Below are the players that he will be running this winter:

His 3 point shooting is on the rise. A young senior, who is targeting a post grad year after graduation. Honor roll gpa

Still physically maturing and improving. Honor roll gpa

Semen Chornohrytskyi (2025) 6’3 small forward - Arrived from war torn Ukraine last year. Heady player with a solid skill level. He sees the floor well and has a reliable shooting stroke. A tweener bigger and more physical than most guards and shiftier and more skilled than most bigs. Continues to better understand the American version of the game.

Logan White (2024) 6’0 point guard - White is highly skilled and has an outstanding feel for the game. Extremely shifty and quick, with great pace and ability to finish in traffic with either hand. His multiple gears make him a menace in transition. Excellent rebounder as a guard. Very young for his grade, and emerging star.
