George Westinghouse High is a vocational high school in Downtown Brooklyn. It is named after the electrical pioneer George Westinghouse Jr. The boys varsity basketball team is coached by Everett Kelley, an alumni, who has coached at the school for over 20 years. The team is a former Brooklyn AA program, that will now be an annual contender in the PSAL AAA Brooklyn II Division. Below are the profiles on Coach Kelley’s key 2023-24 players:

Davon Blake (2026) 5’10 guard - Blake is athletic and physical . His physicality makes him hard to defend off the dribble. Adding the floater to his game makes him a more creative finisher at the rim. Tough defender with great hands. With the improvement of his mid-range pullup and 3-point shot, Blake is one of the top sophomores the Division.

Zyon Wilson (2024) 5’10 guard - Wilson is athletic, and his change of speeds makes him explosive off the dribble. He shoots the 3 and pull-up jump shot as well.  Looking to be one of the top scoring guards this season. He is also an athletic defender.

Kevon Daniel (2024) 5’10 guard - Daniel is a speedy, physical and athletic guard that gets to the rim. Shoots the pull-up jump shot. Good defender. Adding the 3-point now makes his combination of speed, strength, and shooting ability hard to guard.

Carmine Andrews-Bain (2024) 6’3 guard - Andrews-Bain is a great offensive and defensive rebounder. He is an athletic shot blocker who defends the rim with his quick leaping ability. Runs the floor well. Works hard. Can shoot the 8 to 10 foot face up jumper. Is one of the top underrated rim defenders in the PSAL.
