2024 114 All Stars 17u Player Profiles
Gary Burrell aka “G Money” started 114 All Stars five years ago. In that time, he has sent or helped send over 25 kids to college through basketball. 95% of those were on scholarship. He humbly named his first team of only six players, after his home street address “114” in Queens. He focuses on skills training and getting the players’ names out to coaches, whether that be for college, prep school, PSAL or CHSAA placement purposes.
His 2024 team will include the following:
Mamadou Touray 6’2 point guard, Evander Childs Campus - Touray is an all around player, who fills up the stat sheet.
Pateh Ka (2025) 5’11 guard, Evander Childs Campus - Ka has great open court speed and likes to attack in transition. He averaged 21ppg this past winter season.
Carter Davie (2027) 5’8 St Edmunds Prep - Davie can spot up or shoot off the dribble comfortably, and he creates offense for everyone.
Zion Hamilton (2026) 6’0 guard, Forest Hills High - Hamilton is coming off a high school season where he averaged 18 ppg guard in AAAA PSAL Queens. He is a strong ball handler who can create for himself and others.
Mamadou Ndiaye (2025) 6’8 forward, Washington Irving High - Ndiaye is very coachable, fluidly mobile big.
Christian Eason (2025) 6’1 guard, Grover Cleveland High - Eason is a lefty who led New York City in scoring for the 2023-24 season, where he averaged 34 ppg.
Mario Rose (2026) 6’4 small forward, Erasmus Hall Campus - Rose is a hard worker that is very good around the rim.
Christian Summervil (2027) 5’8 point guard, Holy Trinity High Summervil has excellent body control when driving through the paint.
