Putnam Science Academy is one of the premier prep school programs in the nation. It has won the National Prep School Championship Tournament four times since 2018. Although last March they lost to Link Year Prep in the finals of that championship, they still earned the 2023-24 #1 national computer ranking for their overall season’s performance.

Every year, Coach Tom Espinosa brings in hundreds of college coaches to scout and recruit his players, much of that is done during the fall and spring during Open Gym runs. This year’s Fall Open Gym schedule can be found by clicking here.

Once again, PSA will run two full squads of college prospects during the winter season. One will compete in both the Power 5 AAA Division and New England Basketball League, and the other will compete in the Power 5 AA Division.
