2025 CT Elite Senior Showcase Player Profiles

On the evening of Friday, April 4, Connecticut Elite’s hard working, high energy college and prep school placement guru, Jason Perrier will again host their Unsigned Seniors Showcase. This year the event will take place at the Newtown Youth Academy in Newtown CT. Each year Coach JP goes out to the highest potential unsigned College prospects in his region and invites them to come in and play games in front of college coaches, scouts and basketball recruiting focused media.


Below we profile some of the participants that have committed to attend. We expect this list to keep expanding as the showcase date draws closer.

 

Class of 2025


Jack Baez (2025) 6’1 guard, Brien McMahon High (CT)


Brandon Beamon (2025) 6’6 small forward, Knox School - High motor athlete who attacks the rim. 7’1 wingspan and plays bigger than his size. Relentless on the offensive glass. High release on his stroke and can make them out to the 3-point line.


Shane Butler (2025) 6’2 guard, Simsbury High (CT)


Marcus Conde (2025) 6’3 guard, New York Military Academy - A strong shooting guard who is very athletic, with the ability to play above the rim. He can play both ends of the floor and has a reputation of being a very aggressive defender and extremely coachable young man. Conde can shoot the ball and excels with his 3point shooting and his ability to slash and attack the rim.  3.0 gpa


Connor Crist (2025) 6’3 guard, Southington High (CT) - Crist boasts a complete offensive arsenal from all three levels with the uncanny ability to squeeze through the smallest openings. Has a great feel for the game and knows when to score for him team or make the players needed to affect winning. Can get hot in a hurry from the outside. He is one of the best offensive rebounding guards in the region.


Donovan Davis (2025) 6’7 forward, New York Military Academy - From Montgomery, NY, Davis is a strong and athletic forward who runs the floor well and plays hard. He does a great job rebounding, blocking and altering shots. He is a lob threat around the rim and can knock down a 15ft jumper. Davis has only been playing basketball for a couple of years so his best basketball is ahead of him. He hopes to play at the D1 level, but all levels should take a look at him.

 


Javien Flores (2025) 6’2 guard, Danbury High (CT) - Flores is a combo guard that is an effective two way player.  With his size, length and athletic ability he can guard multiple positions and be very distributive.  On the offensive end, he can score at all three levels.  He can stretch the defense with his shooting, has a midrange and finishes around the rim.  Flores can also get to the rim in transition to finish.


Trenton Frasier (2025) 6’3 guard, Danbury High (CT) - Frasier is a strong and physical guard with good size. He has the ability to guard multiple positions, rebounds at both ends and communicates on defense. He has a skill set that lets him score at all three levels. He can get to the basket, has a midrange and will knock it down from behind the arc. Frasier is a double-double threat that will guard the opponent’s best player.


Julius Goode (2025) 6’2 guard, Watkinson School (CT) - Goode is a three-level scorer and playmaker. He uses his strength and quickness to get paint touches and score around the rim or assist a teammate. He has the ability to hit contested mid-range shots, knock down 3s, and impacts the game with his defense. Video highlights


Thomas Kaine (2025) 6’3 guard, Bridgeport Prep (CT) - Kaine is a super athletic sharpshooter with a knack for scoring.  3.8 gpa


Aly Kante (2025) 6’7 small forward, New York Military Academy - A Queens, NY native who can play inside and out. He can guard multiple positions on the floor and uses his versatility, length and athleticism to contribute on both ends. Kante is very good at finishing around the basket and has a nice mid-range game as well. He takes a lot of pride in his rebounding and shot blocking as well

Jean Martinez (2025) 5’8 point guard, Springfield Central High (MA)

 

Malik Rich (2025) 6’2 guard, Watkinson School (CT) - Rich is a 3 level scorer, has a high motor, relentless on the boards, and has great coast to coast game. Can stretch the floor and knock down 3s, very active in the paint, and can guard multiple positions on defense. Lives in the gym! 3.4 gpa Video highlights

 

Isaias Rosario (2025) 5’9 point guard, Coginchaug Regional High (CT)


Kam Salters (2025) 6’3 small forward, Notre Dame-Fairfield (CT) - 2024-25 Southwest Conference Player of the Year, and CIAC All State selection. Salters is a tremendous leader which may be his best attribute.  He can score from all 3 levels and has tremendous work ethic. He helps his team out tremendously in multiple areas, including his ability rebound the ball. He is a string and athletic driver to the basket and is a solid finisher. He uses his physicality and strength to hold his own on both ends of the floor, whether it has to do with scoring or defense. He is also an excellent passer in finding open teammates.


Michael Singletary (2025) 6’0 guard, Masters School (CT) - This New Haven, CT product cames to The Master’s School fresh off of leading his West Haven team to the Division 2 Championship game in the CIAC in 2023-24. The ultra smooth combo guard brings his High IQ and efficient style of play to the NEPSAC, where he looks to have a breakout season. He can score easily from all three levels, and he plays with a calm and confidence that is beyond his years. His long arms and sneaky athleticism will make him a menace defensively.  3.4 gpa


Avery Sutton (2025) 6’5 point guard, Hillhouse High (CT) - Sutton is an athletic and long guard who can play the point but also be a 3 & D guy. He gets to his spots, is an improved shooter. Receiving interest from IVY League schools with his 3.9 gpa.


Lawrence Tolbert (2025) 5’9 point guard, New York Military Academy - From Middletown, NY, Tolbert excels on the court. A hard nose defender who can pick up full court and disrupt offenses. He can play both on and off the ball using his speed and quickness to create and finish shots. He is very shifty with the ball and likes to get in the paint and attack, making easy shot attempts for himself and his teammates. 3.0 gpa

 

Alexander “AJ” Torres (2025) 6’0 point guard, Wilbraham & Monson School (MA) - Torres is a tough kid, with ability to knock down shots. He takes charges and wins the loose balls. 3.7 gpa

 


Class of 2026


Bruno Alvarez (2026) 6’4 guard, Wilbraham & Monson School (MA) - Alvarez is a guard with good strength and size. He is a strong driver and a hard worker. He is also a top tier Cross Country runner. 4.0 gpa


Michael Anderson (2026) 6’4 small forward, Amity Regional High (CT) -


Vincent Burbank (2026) 5’10 point guard, Northwest Catholic High (CT) - Burbank is a speedy point guard who plays physical and tenacious on ball defense. Relentless hustler and good 3-point shooter. 2:1 assist to turnover ratio. 2.9 gpa


Christian Corcuera (2026) 5’10 point guard, Townsend Harris High (NY)


Julian Dent (2026) 6’6 small forward, MacDuffie School (MA) - Ranked as the #33 player in New England by Prep Hoops. Dent is an athletic high level scoring threat from the wing and plays with a high motor as a lockdown defender. He is a slasher and a threat from behind the arc. He gets the job done on both ends of the floor. Slithery guard can finish above the rim and consistently makes exciting hustle plays for his team. He adds leadership and high-energy character for the Mustangs this year. He has gained interest from several D1 schools. Plays AAU with Team Spartan. 3.5 gpa
 

Brandon Iglesias (2026) 6’3 small forward, Faith Preparatory School (CT) - Inglesias shoots a good mid-range jumper and finishes off of two feet. He is a great defender, plays with a huge motor. 4.0 gpa


Aneaje Kearney (2026) 6’3 point guard, Bridgeport Central High (CT)


Dhilan Lowman (2026) 6’3 guard, Staples High (CT) - Lowan is a sharpshooting guard with a quick and consistent shot who can get hot in a hurry. He is able to shoot over smaller defenders. With his quick release, he needs no time to get his catch-n-shoot shots off. This was evident in a game this past season when he exploded for six 3 pointers against Xavier High.


Benjamin Marsaggi (2026) 6’1 guard, Christ The King High - 4.1 gpa


Jacob Millet (2026) 6’1 guard, Longmeadow High (MA) - Video highlights


Cooper Steele (2026) 6’2 guard, Northwest Catholic High (CT) - Steele is a noteworthy player from the perennial CIAC powerhouse, NWCHS. Steele is a 44% 3 point shooter. Rebounds well from guard position and solid with the ball in his hands. Strong player who handles contact well. 3.7 gpa


Anthony “AJ” Roman (2026) 6’1 guard, New Fairfield High (CT)- Roman is an athletic, high motored ball handler with the ability to handle pressure from 84 feet. With a smooth handle and consistent jumper, Roman is a threat to score as soon as he crosses half court.


Tyler Uveges (2026) 6’6 forward, Northwest Catholic High (CT) - Uveges’ physical attributes make him a force to be reckoned with on the court. Uveges has a robust frame, which he skillfully deploys to overpower opposing players. His physicality allows him to dominate in one-on-one matchups, often asserting his strength to gain an advantage. He’s not afraid to engage in physical battles, readily drawing contact to assert his presence on both ends of the floor. Video highlights

 

Landon Weller (2026) 5’8 point guard, Emmett O’Brien Technical High (CT) - Video highlights

 

Devan Williams (2026) 6’1 guard, Milton Academy (MA) - Williams plays a large role for Milton Academy. His impact is felt on both ends because he loves to compete. He is a creative finisher at the basket and a talented ball handler. He has excellent vision especially in the open court. He consistently knocks down shots and is real threat at each level. He is a hard worker. He will be playing for Team New England this summer. Getting some DI interest. 4.6 gpa

 


Class of 2027


Austin Heyer (2027) 5’10 point guard, Staples High (CT) - Heyer was a standout sophomore this past winter. His three-point shot is impressive as he shoots with a good technique to it and hits them in rhythm.
