2025 New Heights 16u Regional Team Player Profiles
New Heights is a sports-based youth development organization that creates opportunities for youth to rise to their potential on the basketball court, in the classroom and in their communities. Their mission is to educate and empower promising underserved youth to be leaders, champions and student-athletes by developing the skills necessary for success in high school, college and life.
The coaches and educators are positive role models who guide youth through adolescence and into young adulthood, and motivate them to develop the social, behavioral, academic and athletic assets necessary for maintaining physical and mental health throughout their lives.
The 2025 16u New Heights 16u Regional team is coached by Phil Grant, who is coming off coaching his Summit Charter Academy team to the PSAL 2024-25 1A City Championship.

Mikey Chiara (2028) 6’4 guard, Cushing Academy (MA) - Chiara is a three-level scorer. He is a very fast guard with high IQ and ball handling ability. His quick first step and shiftiness allows him to quickly get by his defenders, attract the defense and makes plays to teammates. 3.7 gpa
