The New Haven Heat is a highly regarded developer of college-bound talent in the basketball rich Greater New Haven, CT region. Doc Kennedy runs the program. Their 16u Select Team and their 16u MadeHoops Circuit teams are coached by Saany Frazier and he is assisted by Deivon “Dae” Moore. Coach Frazier has love for the game and enjoys developing the kids and making them become the best players they can be and reach their goals. He brings 110% to the kids and that helps his players stay motivated. Coach Dae does anything possible for the young players. He loves getting the opportunity to show players that being an excellent student athlete is very important. He is a great role model to these young men.

#0 AJ Michalak (2027) 6’4 small forward, Xavier High (CT) - Michalak is a lights-out shooter with a high basketball IQ.  He plays multiple positions on offense and is a great passer.  He can alter shots around the rim and can guard multiple positions on defense.


#1 Nicholas Haynes (2027) 6’8 forward, Notre Dame-West Haven High (CT) - Haynes is quick for his size, athletic with bounce. He is a shot blocker and loves to protect the paint.


#2 Kadrian Reeves (2027) 6’0 guard, Notre Dame-West Haven High (CT) - Reeves is a shifty guard, with a high IQ. He likes to get his team involved, and he gets to the basket often. He can shoot the mid-range and three ball. He has active hands on defense. He is a leader on the court and great teammate.

 

#3 Matt Fee (2027) 5’11 point guard, North Haven High (CT) - Fee is very athletic with lots of bounce which he uses to be an aggressive defender. He is a good shooter at the both the mid-range and from the 3. 


#4 Joshua Smith (2026) 6’0 guard, Glastonbury High (CT) - Smith is aggressive on defense and loves to work hard. He can shoot the three ball. Plays with a nice IQ.


#5 Mike Massey (2027) 6’2 guard, Maloney High (CT) - Massey is a downhill scorer and has good post work. He likes to get to the basket, because he can finish with either hand. He is good at interior defense, and a good shot blocker. He also is a vocal leader on defense.


#7 Beket Freeman (2026) 6’0 guard, Glastonbury High (CT) - Freeman has high drive, a good IQ, and is aggressive on defense. He is a energy-bringer, great shooter with a lot offensive ability. He is a team player and very vocal.


#8 Holden Miller (2027) 6’5 small forward, Wilber Cross High (CT) - Miller is a good shooter and is very smooth on the court. He plays good defense and is a great teammate.


#11 Romel Holmes (2027) 6’0 guard, Hill Regional Career High (CT) - Holmes can shoot the 3 ball and the mid-range jumper. He is a good teammate and communicates well on defense.

 

#13 Amir Durant (2027) 6’0 guard, Notre Dame-West Haven High (CT) - Durant good shooter who plays with good IQ and is a great team player. A hard-working and good defender.


#14 Daniel Vincent (2028) 6’6 small forward, Winston Preparatory School (CT) - Vincent is a good shooter and a good passer. He works hard and is a good rebounder.

 

#15 King Brookshire (2027) 6’1 guard, Hamden High (CT) - Brookshire loves to hustle hard and loves to get his teammates open. He is very vocal, has a good mid-range, and is an aggressive defender.


#34 Dimitry Beauduy (2027) 6’6 small forward, Notre Dame-West Haven High (CT) - Beauduy is a good rebounder,and he is able to finish around the rim. He is good at protecting the rim and blocking shots.

 

#50 Michael Therrien (2027) 6’7 small forward, Putnam Science Academy (CT) - Therrien is a strong rebounder. He has good post moves is able to finish around the rim. He can also shoot the 3 ball. He is vocal on defense and makes it hard to score in the interior. 3.5 gpa

#0 Shawn Harrison (2027) 6’0 guard, Wilbur Cross High (CT) - Harrison is an aggressive defender, and he work hard. A great teammate.
                   

#2 Julian Jones (2027) 5’11 point guard, Holy Cross High (CT) - Julian has a high IQ. He can both attack the basket and shoot the ball well.


#3 Melo Benz (2027) 6’0 guard, Hillhouse High (CT) - Benz is a shifty guard who can shoot the ball. He is a good defender who works hard.

 

#4 Romaine Holmes (2027) 6’0 guard, Hill Regional Career High (CT) - Holmes is hard working and plays defense very aggressively. He can also shoot the three ball.


#5 James Graham (2027) 5’11 guard, Vinal Tech High (CT) - Graham is a high IQ player and an aggressive defender. He is a hustle player, and a floor general who can get to the rim. He has a and good mid-range jumper.

 

#6 Germani James (2027) 5’11 point guard, Middletown High (CT) - James is very fast. He attacks the basket well and plays with high IQ. He loves to hustle and is a great defender.


#7 Al Davis (2027) 6’3 guard, Holy Cross High (CT) - Davis work hard and loves to rebound. He is aggressive in both attacking the basket and on defense.

 

#22 Tiger Dawson (2027) 5’9 point guard, Hill Regional Career High (CT) - Dawson is a strong guard who is a good defender, a good shooter and good passer.


#24 Maddox Guest (2027) 6’0 guard, Wilbur Cross High (CT) - Guest is good on defense and can rebound. He is a good shooter, and he is good at communication with teammates.
