2025-26 Redemption Christian Academy Player Profiles

Founded in 1979 in Troy, New York by Pastor John Massey, Jr., Redemption Christian Academy (RCA) provides quality education in an affordable structured, Christian environment. Pastor Massey believed that in the right environment, any student, regardless of race, sex, or background, could achieve academic excellence. His vision was to provide a strong academic foundation to help hard-working, motivated students reach their ne plus ultra.
From the beginning, their boys basketball program has been a consistent source of college prep development. For the 2025-26 season, they are running two college-prospect laden teams. The National team and the AAA team, both travel far and wide to take on the premier prep programs in the country.
The National team is coached by the veteran coach and Youth Director, Tristan Wilchcombe and he is assisted by Brandon Lewis. Wilchcombe has developed two recent pro players, Chris Durante and Dalano Banton. The National team will play a non-conference schedule. Their 2025-26 schedule and results will be found here.
The AAA team is coached by RCA’s founder’s daughter and former Syracuse University star, Malani Massey, and she is assisted by Dominique Ingram. Coach Massey has coached Prep basketball since 1997, which made her the first female boys prep coach in New York. The AAA team travels far and wide to take on the premier prep programs in the country. The AAA team in 2024-2 finished its season computer-ranked as the #28th best prep team in the nation. Massey was voted by her coaching peers as the Power 5 AAA Co-Coach of the Year, along with national champions, Putnam Science’s Tom Espinosa. Jaaziah O’Brien (2026) 6’4 wing An incredible individual that checks all of the boxes on the court. High motor, shooter, tough shot maker, passer, defender, rebounder and great teammate. Doesn’t need the ball in his hands and moves very well. Very good at attacking angles and playing with pace. Can defend 5 positions. Coaches’ dream. 3.5 gpa
Jenoi Robinson (2026) 6’1 point guard- Robinson is a quick shifty point guard that can score as well as distribute the ball. He can get in the lane with ease breaking down the defense and knows how to make the right reads. A real expanded skill set and knows when to shoot or pass. Great complimentary guard that defends and plays at his own pace. Can also play on and off the ball. 3.2 gpa
Imahri Wooten (2026) 6’5 shooting guard - (Committed to Rutgers in September) #84 ranked player in the nation by ESPN. 2024-25 AAA Power 5 AAA, First Team. Wooten has all of the tools and the makeup of a High Major plus talent. Pro game, pro body, silky smooth shot and elite athleticism. Possesses a great feel for the game. High character young man and very coachable. Still scratching the surface of his ceiling. Can defend 4 positions and has incredible strength. Highly efficient player that doesn’t waste movements or dribbles. Tremendous work ethics which is only going to cause him to continue to rise. A couple of standout games in his last EYBL outing where he showcased both on the defensive and defensive end. Has received multiple D1 offers, including St John’s, Penn State, Rutgers, Bryant and Seton Hall. 4.0 gpa
Osi Akhigbe (2027) 6’6 small forward - A do-it-all player with great length. Can pass, shoot, slash and post up. High motor 3 level scorer. Doesn’t need the ball in his hands and constantly moves on the floor. Rebounds well and sticks with it. 4.0 gpa RTB profile
Carter Clay (2027) 6’2 guard - A relentless player that’s a disruptive, pesky defender that just makes things happen. Always in the right place. Very high motor. Despite only being 6’2 can guard much bigger defenders. Attacks the glass hard. Very disruptive player that gets the job done all while not needing the ball. 3.9 gpa
Trey Webb (2027) 5’10 point guard - Ultra competitive exceptional shooter. Willing rebounder. Defends well. Very pure touch with a quick release and unlimited range. Plays with heart, passion and emotion. One of those kids that just loves the game. 3.7 gpa
Shiloh Wilchcombe (2027) 6’2 point guard - Floor general with poise and composure. Doesn’t get rattled or sped up. Pass-first game managing point guard. Excellent passer with a High IQ. Can affect the game without scoring but can get down hill when needed. Nice touch on the jumper from mid-range and the 3 ball. Great defender and rebounder. Moves without the ball and plays with great pace. Ball doesn’t stick. Long, athletic, fast and quick. A rare blend of length, skill, motor and athleticism out of the point position. 3.7 gpa

Abdul Allotey (2026) 6’8 forward - Elite rebounder and rim protector. Extremely athletic and runs the floor like a gazelle. Nice pick and pop shot. High energy player that doesn’t take plays off. Great length/wingspan and very light on his feet. Prototypical of today’s center that can switch the pnr and defend on the block. 3.3 gpa
Milean Brown (2026) 6’4 guard (Left RCA to play European pro ball in September) - From Ghana, A gifted scorer with deep-range accuracy and explosive athleticism, Brown is as dangerous behind the arc as he is attacking the rim. His high character and team-first mindset make him a leader both on and off the floor. Committed to excelling on defense as well as offense, Brown brings relentless energy, focus, and a deep understanding of the game — the mark of a true student of basketball.
Juliano Flores (2026) 6’7 guard - Son of a Dominican Republic shooting legend, Flores seeks to carve out his own path as an elite shooter. He has a tireless work ethic and off the court he is a coach’s dream — a high-character leader who excels academically and sets the tone for his teammates with professionalism and discipline.
Jaiden Holloman (2026) | 5’8 point guard - From Syracuse,
Holloman returns to Redemption Christian for his senior season, reuniting with Coach Malani after a promising sophomore stint with the program. A crafty, poised guard, Holloman excels at stretching the floor with his shooting range while also using his quickness to get into the lane and create for both himself and teammates. His ability to score in multiple ways makes him a constant offensive threat, while continued growth on the defensive end will be key to fitting into Redemption’s aggressive system.
Sterling Lewis (2026) 6’1 guard -With the potential to be a versatile scoring threat, Lewis combines a natural knack for putting the ball in the hoop with sneaky, athleticism. His quick first step and scoring creativity make him a constant problem for defenses, while his strength and agility allow him to excel as a full-court lockdown defender.
Christian Sitchueng (2026) 6’8, 260lbs, forward - From France, Sitchueng is a powerful inside presence who can dominate defenders with his strength and scoring ability. While he thrives as a physical force in the paint, his smooth outside shot makes him a versatile offensive weapon. Continuing to develop his speed and athleticism, Sitchueng’s size, toughness, and defensive potential could make him a valuable piece in Coach Massey’s aggressive defensive schemes.
Eric Fagin Jr. (2026) 6’4 guard - Fagin is a smooth playmaker with a natural feel for the game. He excels at creating opportunities for teammates while also being a consistent scoring threat himself. His poise and decision-making allow him to control the pace and flow of the offense. Whether he’s dishing out assists or knocking down tough shots, Fagin brings balance and efficiency to the backcourt. Fagin is highly effective off high PnR. He pays at his own pace, utilizing wide frame to get to spots. He is also effective in post-ups and has a good eye for open cutters. Plays AAU with Rising Kings.
Cormac Howson (2026) 6’4 guard - From Ireland, with a 41-inch vertical, Howson is an elite athlete who combines size, strength, and explosive leaping ability. He has the potential to create his own shot and defend multiple positions. His commitment in the gym and high academic standing, could make him a well-rounded prospect.
Almoustapha Hama Ide (2028), 6’10 forward - From Niger, the youngest player on Redemption Christian’s AAA roster, he brings an intimidating presence in the paint. A left-handed rebounding force, his long arms disrupt passing lanes and alter shots, making him a defensive nightmare for opponents. His relentless energy helps set the tone on both ends of the floor. With his size, athletic tools, and determination, his future upside is sky-high.
Brenden Jordan (2028) 6’7 shooting guard - Going to be a real gem at the 2 guard spot and there’s still some growing left to do. Pure jumper with range and excellent finisher. Very skilled and has a great feel for the game. Such a mature skill set for his age and real smooth game. Has been offered by Rider. Plays AAU with NE Revolt 15u. 3.6 gpa
