2026 All In Elite 17u Player Profiles

In 2020, Anthony Simmons started All In Elite as a Connecticut=based youth girls program to help young ladies develop their games and play in front of college coaches. In 2022, he expanded the program to include male athletes. All In Elite has since competed in numerous leagues and tournaments, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship. They have already sent 14 players onto play in college, including Lukas Sotell, University of Maryland (D1) and Luke Egan ‘25 Adelphi University (D2).
Coach Simmons is a former professional basketball player from Stamford CT. He played in Lithuania, Puerto Rico COPABI, and in the UAS for the Sky Cheif’s (PBL) and the Connecticut Crusaders. His 2026 All In Elite 17u team plays on the NXTPRO circuit. The team’s players are profiled below:

Ilan Morgenstern (2027) 5’8 point guard, Harrison High - Morgenstern is a smart crafty point guard. He plays the game with his high IQ and 3 level scoring ability. He will be a great fit for any D3 program. 3.6 gpa
Austin Heyer (2028) 5’10 point guard, Greens Farms Academy (CT)- Prior to transferring to GFA, Heyer was the lead guard for Staples High (CT) as a sophomore. 2025-26 All FCIAC Defensive Team and All FCIAC Third Team. Heyer is an elite defender and a very high skilled guard. He is crafty with the ball in his hands. He gets paint touches at a high rate. He is a very good shooter for behind the arch. Heyer will be a steal for an academic D3 or D2 college team. 3.6 gpa
Lucas Laungayan (2027) 5’9 point guard, The Masters School NY - Laugayan is a very high IQ point guard with quickness and good ball handling skills. He spaces the floor and knocks down 3’s at a high rate. He also make great reads out of the pick and roll. He is a must see for high academic D3 coaches 3.7 gpa
Will McGonegal (2028) 6’0 guard, Greens Farms Academy (CT) - McGonegal is a crafty guard that loves to play in transition. He can get defenders off balance with his dribbling ability and stop on the dime for a pull up jumper or floater. He is an underrated guard that will blossom into a top guard within the next 2 years. A D3/D2 level prospect. 3.7 gpa
Tristan Flavien (2027) 6’0 guard, Paramus Catholic High (NJ)- Flavien is a strong guard that can put the ball in the basket. He uses his strength and high IQ well. He is very good at getting downhill to the rim and using change of speed to open up scoring opportunities for himself and teammates. He is very smart defender with quick hands and reads off ball playing in the passing lanes. He is a D2/D3 standout level prospect. 3.3 gpa
Malik Francis (2028) 6’0 guard, Salesian High - Francis is a strong combo guard who plays very hard on both ends of the court. He is a force when driving the ball to the rim and always looking to find teammates. He is also an elite defender who can guard the 1-3. College coaches will love him. 2.9 gpa
James Ardizzone (2027) 6’4 wing, Weston High (CT)- Ardizzone plays the game with his brain. He loves to space the floor on offense to open up wide open 3’s or make back cuts for scoring opportunities for himself. Very team first minded it. On defense he is always talking and in help side looking to take CHARGES. High academic D3 schools he is a must see. 3.4 gpa
Adam Elaouni (2027) 6’4 wing, Greenwich High (CT) - Elaouni is a high energy guy. He is very good in transition at getting to the rim. He plays above the rim and can also hit the 3 ball. He has quick hands on defense and is a pretty good rebounder. 3.0 gpa
Chris Hubbard (2027) 6’3 guard, Bridgeport Prep (CT)- Hubbard is a high-level guard with quickness and smooth peace to his game. He can score at well from all 3 levels. He attacks the rim with a purpose and shoots it without hesitation from behind the 3. He is a very good defender and rebounder. Hubbard is always looking to get teammates involved. A D2 level prospect for sure. 3.4 gpa
Reed Berhalter (2027) 6’8 power forward, Greenwich High (CT)- Berhalter new to the game, but he is a very quick learner. He runs the floor, is a very good screener and plays well out of the dribble-hand-off. He is a good passer, a solid rebounder and is becoming a good rim defender. Given his high potential and rapid improvement rate, he will start to turn heads over the next year. He is trending toward being a D2 scholarship level player but would succeed at the D3 level currently. 3.6 gpa
