2026 Eddie Lau Elite 17u Player Profiles

Eddie Lau is a former college player, college coach and NBA agent. He is also the very successful varsity head coach at Murry Bergtraum High School in Manhattan. In the off season, he runs his Eddie Lau Academy, which includes running AAU teams. His 2026 17u Eddie Lau Elite team is playing in the Made Hoops Circuit. That will include The Philly Clash (May 9), The DMV Live (May 15-17), NCAA Live Period #1 in Oaks, PA (July 8-10) and the NCAA Live Period #3 in Baltimore, MD (July 16-19). Daniel Bussey (2026) 6’4 guard, Winchendon School (MA) - Bussey has NBA level athleticism, including a > 40 vertical leap. He is a great teammate and can create for himself and others. Haoxiang Huang (2027) 6’7 guard, Lawrenceville School (NJ) - Huang has high major guard size and is very athletic. His potential is off of the charts. He can go coast to coast and make plays and finish around the rim. He is a 3 level scorer. 3.5 gpa
Jayden Lau (2027) 6’3 point guard, Lawrenceville School (NJ) - As typical of a coach’s son, Lau can run a team and create for teammates and for himself. He is a great teammate and plays with a high IQ. Lau can shoot the 3 ball from deep and guard his man all 94 feet. Receiving Ivy, Patriot, MAAC and Atlantic 10 college recruitment. 3.8 gpa
Johnny Magna (2027) 6’4 point guard, Christ the King High (LaSalle University commit) - A high IQ player who can guard 1-3. Magna can really get into the paint, He has aa nice mid-range scoring skill and does a great job setting his teammates up. 3.7 gpa
