Brunswick School 2026-27 Player Profiles
Brunswick School is an all-boys private college preparatory school in Greenwich, Connecticut, roughly 30 miles northeast of Manhattan. Founded in 1902, Brunswick enrolls students from pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 and does not offer a postgraduate year.
The varsity boys basketball team competes in the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA), and they vie for a seed in the postseason New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Class A (large school) tournament.
Nate Jean-Baptiste is in his third season as head coach at Brunswick. He has coached varsity basketball in the NEPSAC for the last eight years, arriving in Greenwich from the King School (CT), where he served as head coach. He is also a partner at High Rise Basketball, a youth basketball program in Fairfield County.

Brandon Jean (2027) 6’3 wing - 2025-26 All FAA Second Team. Jean is a dynamic, quick-twitch wing who shot 37% from 3 this past season while scoring 12 ppg and leading the team in deflections (70) and steals (45). As a mid-range assassin with an elite ability to shoot the 3, he is an absolute nightmare to guard in space. Jean has all the offensive tools to impact the game, and he has the length to guard 3 positions. He has become adept at being disruptive in passing lanes and tenacious guarding the ball. As he continues to add size to his frame, he will be a name that shoots up colleges’ recruiting lists. Has been offered by Fairleigh Dickinson and Georgia State, receiving Ivy, Patriot, NEC, MAAC and America East interest. Plays club ball with Castle Athletics-Puma. 3.4 gpa Video highlights
Austin McLaren (2027) 6’0 guard - McLaren comes with an ability to defend the ball and play with physicality. He has the burst and athleticism to disrupt defensive schemes and offensively create opportunities for himself and others. Has grown tremendously in making the right reads in the two-man game and has a respectable mid-range shot. He had a strong summer on the HGAL circuit, and looking to expand his interest. As he develops his shooting, he will continue to garner college interest. Receiving GNAC interest. Plays club ball with Riverside Select-HGAL. 3.2 gpa Video highlights
Bryan Camacho (2027) 6’4 wing - 2025-26 All NEPSAC A Honorable Mention. 2025-26 All FAA Honorable Mention. Camacho averaged 13 ppg, 5 rpg and 4 apg in 2025-26. He is a versatile guard/forward with elite ability to put pressure on the rim. His 6’8 wing span and sneaky athleticism make him a high-level finisher around the basket, often showcasing creativity to slip past help-side defenders. Has a knack for scoring and is a dynamic shot-maker. Elite defender on and off the ball, plays passing lanes well and has a great understanding of defensive schemes. Mitch DeBernardo (2027) 6’3 guard - DeBernardo had the team’s best A/TO ratio this past season. He plays with a natural flair for the game. Does all the little things that breed success. Outstanding passer with great court vision and feel. Big-time shot maker with a high level of creativity on the ball. Possesses a high IQ allowing him to play well in 2-man situations. Shoots with exceptional range and moves well without the ball. Great rebounder for his position and is always in the right spots on the court. Receiving NESCAC, Centennial, UAA and SUNYAC interest. Kingston Pitt (2027) 6’4 wing - Pitt started multiple games as a junior, often tasked with defending the opposing team’s best scorer. He is a high-level competitor whose great lateral movement, length, and physicality make him a versatile defender across all positions. He possesses collegiate instincts as an off-ball cutter and his quick-twitch ability allows him to protect the rim and rebound well out of his area. Extremely coachable, possesses great leadership skills and practice habits. Improving his offensive skill-set will allow him to continue to make a name for himself on the collegiate level. Colin Bishop (2028) 6’6 small forward, Brunswick School (CT) - Bishop averaged 10 ppg and 5 rpg this past season before missing the second half with an injury. He is a dynamic wing with high upside, displaying great athleticism and ability to play above the rim. Bishop can guard multiple positions and has the lateral quickness to bother guards and the physicality to contain bigs in the low-post. Elite screen-setter, cutter and finisher around the basket. Has shown consistent flashes of playmaking and shot-creation which will continue to elevate his game. Receiving Patriot and Ivy interest. Jayden Fisher (2028) 5’10 guard - Fisher started every game as a freshman and most games as a sophomore while shooting 35% from 3 and averaging 5 apg. Plays with a high IQ and is a savvy player on both sides of the court. He excels at making the right play and finds a natural balance of scoring and distributing. Fisher scores it well in the open court and boasts an array of moves to create space and get his shot off in a half-court setting. Shoots the ball with elite range and has the confidence of a seasoned player. His name will certainly be one to remember as he continues to develop. Receiving Centennial and GNAC interest. Caden Tate (2028) 5’10 point guard - A two sport varsity athlete, Tate is known for his tenacity, his competitiveness and ability to defend and play with physicality. He gives up nothing easy and creates havoc for opposing offenses. His burst off the catch and ability to play off 2 feet allows him to create opportunities for himself and others. He has developed his ability in making reads in the paint and has become a respectable shooter. As he continues his offensive growth, he will begin to garner college interest. Receiving GNAC interest. He plays club ball with Riverside Select-HGAL. 3.4 gpa
