2025-26 Archbishop Molloy Player Profiles
Archbishop Molloy High School is a four-year private, college preparatory, Catholic school for grades 9–12, located on six acres on 83-53 Manton Street, Briarwood, Queens Their varsity boys basketball team is coached by Mike McCleary in his 13th season at the helm. Donald Francois is the veteran assistant coach. They compete in the New York Catholic High School Athletic Association AA Brooklyn-Queens Division.

Molloy enters this season with high hopes as they bring back three seniors, two juniors who were on the varsity last year. Also joining the team are five members of last year’s JV City Championship team.
Per Coach McCleary “While the team is young and has little varsity experience, we are encouraged by the athleticism, quickness and skill level of the group. We are not the biggest team but plan to play to our strengths. The AA division is tough, and our non-league schedule is challenging but we are working towards being the best team we can by playoff time.”
Myles Miller (2026) 6’3 guard - Miller returns as a senior leader, bringing toughness, experience, and a steady presence on both ends of the floor. 3.3 gpa
Christian Paige (2026) 6’2 guard - Paige is one of Molloy’s most dynamic athletes, and he is expected to take a major step forward this season with his scoring and defensive versatility.
Kevin Xharias (2026) 6’0 guard - Xharias continues to anchor Molloy with his energy, rebounding, and ability to guard multiple positions.
Jack Montgomery (2026) 6’6 forward - Montgomery is promoted from last year’s Varsity “B” team, adds size, discipline, and depth to the senior group.
Kelly Griffin, Jr. (2027) 6’3 guard - Griffin entering his second season on varsity, brings elite competitiveness, playmaking ability, and a strong two-way game.
Nolan Gomez (2027) 6’3 guard - Gomez is also a returning varsity junior, provides shooting, toughness, and valuable experience from last season.
Ahdon McFadden (2027) 6’3 guard McFadden is a poised guard with excellent decision-making and defensive intensity. 3.3 gpa
Nakayi Bing (2027) 6’4 wing - Bing a long, athletic player who excels in transition and brings rebounding and shot-blocking presence. 3.8 gpa
Anthony “TJ” Elor (2028) 6’2 guard – Elor is a skilled guard, known for his scoring ability, pace control, and leadership.
Andrew Koumoullos (2028) 6’4 small forward - Koumoullo is a versatile player who has strength, discipline, scoring ability, and a team-first mentality. 3.7 gpa
Michael Nembhard (2028) 6’3 guard - Nembhard is an explosive athlete who adds speed, pressure defense, and playmaking. 3.6 gpa
Danny O’Connell (2028) 6’0 guard - O’Connell is a talented sophomore, rounds out this year’s roster. He brings shooting touch, size, and long-term upside as he begins his varsity development. 3.1 gpa
